Formal Application Form

Thank you for indicating that you would like to continue with your application to become a Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions franchisee.

If we have acknowledged receiving your Non Disclosure/Confidential Agreement and you have read the Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions Applicant's Information Booklet you are ready to proceed with the next step.

Stage 2

 
To be considered as a potential Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions Franchisee, please under take the following:
Complete the Application Form and submit it together with the following:

  1. Your CV, which should provide as much relevant information about yourself and from which we can ascertain your background, qualifications and suitability to become a franchisee.
  2. A full length photo of yourself.
  3. A Police Check Report.  You will have to request this from the Australian Federal Police who will conduct a National Criminal History Record Check on you.  Be aware that it may take over 15 days to receive the Report so we recommend that you apply for the Check at your earliest convenience.  When completing the AFP request from, your proposed employment category should be shown as Code Number 28 – Care, instruction or supervision of children.
  4. A short business plan.  You may choose your own format for this plan but the type of information which we seek is included in the Applicant's Information booklet which you have already received.  At this stage we ask you to set out your early ideas, accepting that there is still much you will want to learn about Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions and how you will want to shape your business ideas to achieve the best outcome for your efforts.  Should we invite you to attend a 1st interview, we shall ask you to describe your business plan and to set out how it can be developed strategically.
  5. Your deposit. The deposit may be in the form of a bank or postal cheque, made payable to Cradle 2 Kindy or by electronic transfer.  Please ask us for these details.  This deposit represents your commitment to become a Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions franchisee.  The deposit is refundable should you wish to withdraw prior to the 2nd interview.  Thereafter, it will be retained by Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions and used to defray the costs involved in your recruiting and selection up to that stage.
We shall acknowledge receipt when all 4 items are received by Cradle 2 Kindy Parenting Solutions.  Please note that we shall not undertake any further action on your behalf until we are in receipt of all the requested items.  Subsequently, you will be informed whether you have satisfied our requirements to attend the 1st interview.
