Happy Christmas, Happy Hanukah and Seasons Greetings.  I hope you all have a safe and joyful holiday season.  To those who have children about to enter their first year of school or child care, you might like to take a look at a previous article Childcare and School Preparations and The pros and cons of child care.

To those who have toddlers this is a good time of the year to start toilet training. Take a look at our previous article How to Toilet Train Your Toddler  Just a reminder that you need to keep your child's water consumption up during the summer months to keep them well hydrated. Also please remember to use a dark wrap over the pram when you are out and about, not a light one as the glare is bad for their eyes.

This month being our last article on danger around the home I'd like to take a look at Danger that Lurks in the Garden. 'It has come to my attention recently about the dangers of slugs and snails. I have asked Peter Banks, Associate Professor in Conservation Biology at the University of Sydney to enlighten us on these dangers.
